Meet the Founder
Jejociny Consalas, HBSc, MHSc
Founder & CEO
Jejociny Consalas is a global health researcher and entrepreneur with academic training in molecular biology, immunology, disease, and global health systems. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto and a Master of Health Sciences in Global Health Systems from Western University.
With seven years of experience across healthcare and research environments, Jejociny has contributed to research and health initiatives spanning mental health, aging, health equity, infectious diseases, research coordination, and knowledge translation. Her experience includes work across Canada, Uganda, and Sri Lanka, bringing perspectives from diverse research settings and health systems.
Through CJ Health & Research Innovations Inc., Jejociny combines her background in health research with her entrepreneurial vision to support researchers and organizations through project-based research services, collaboration, and evidence-informed initiatives. She is committed to helping advance research, strengthen partnerships, and translate knowledge into meaningful contributions to health and healthcare.
